Dr. Michelle Lee, DMD
Dr. Michelle Lee believes exceptional dentistry begins with understanding the whole person—not simply treating individual teeth. Her approach is rooted in relationships, careful diagnosis, and a comprehensive understanding of how the teeth, bite, muscles, and temporomandibular joints work together.
As the owner of Fleetwood Dental, Dr. Lee is passionate about providing highly personalized, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout Fleetwood, Berks County, and the surrounding communities. Her clinical focus includes comprehensive restorative and esthetic dentistry, TMJ and bite-related concerns, complex treatment planning, and helping patients achieve smiles that are both beautiful and functionally healthy.
Dr. Lee earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. Her commitment to advanced education has continued throughout her career, with extensive training in restorative dentistry, occlusion, TMJ disorders, esthetics, and comprehensive interdisciplinary care.

Dr. Lee's Approach to Dentistry
Beyond her private practice, Dr. Lee is deeply committed to dental education and the advancement of the profession. She serves as visiting faculty at The Pankey Institute and teaches restorative microscope dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and serves as President on a national leadership level within the American Equilibration Society, an organization dedicated to advancing the understanding of occlusion, temporomandibular disorders, and comprehensive patient care.
Despite her involvement in education and leadership, Dr. Lee’s greatest focus remains the patient sitting in her chair. She believes dentistry should never feel rushed or one-size-fits-all. She takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s goals and concerns, and develop individualized treatment recommendations designed for long-term health, comfort, function, and confidence.
Life Beyond Dentistry
For Dr. Lee, excellent dentistry is about more than creating beautiful smiles – it is about building relationships, understanding the entire system, and helping patients achieve health that lasts. She resides in Malvern with her husband, MinSuk and her two children, Nathan and Victoria, both aspiring to go into dentistry. Victoria is a college student at University of Pittsburg and Nathan is a junior in high school.
Dr. Lee loves to cook, hike, and spend time with her family. She always say, “She wants Presence over Presents”
Meet Dr. Cynthia Godwin
Dr. Cynthia Godwin is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing comprehensive, personalized dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She believes that effective dentistry begins with listening to her patients, understanding their individual goals, and educating them about their treatment options.
Dr. Godwin is originally from Northern Virginia and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry after completing her undergraduate education at Virginia Tech. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Philadelphia, where she received advanced training in comprehensive restorative dentistry, oral surgery, emergency dentistry, and the management of medically complex patients.
Dr. Godwin takes a conservative and patient-centered approach to dentistry. Her goal is to help each patient achieve and maintain a healthy, functional smile while ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
Outside of the office, Dr. Godwin enjoys pilates, exploring new coffee and matcha shops and spending time with family and friends!
