About Our Practice
Our Philosophy
Our practice philosophy revolves around two main principles. We are committed to providing the highest quality dental care, both through regular periodontal maintenance and restorative needs and also by improving the lives of our patients through cosmetic and elective services. Your comfort, your health, your beautiful smile, and your ultimate satisfaction are what drive each person in our practice.
Our new patients are welcomed into the practice by Drs. Michelle M. Lee and Richard W. Reddy through a comprehensive exam and consultation. At the appointment, the doctors gather your health and dental history, as well as your needs and wishes related to the look of your overall oral health and smile. After that, we will generally schedule a second appointment with one of our terrific hygienists to begin the periodontal maintenance phase of care, which will continue for your lifetime. During the welcome phase into the practice, we can address needs you may have to help you to achieve the smile you desire both in function and cosmetics. We focus on both the health and the beauty of each patient’s smile and many of our patients have benefited from cosmetic services, including whitening, dental implants, veneers, and orthodontics.
You should have a comprehensive dental and periodontal examination regularly, which includes a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. We use the findings from our examination to formulate a complete diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan for you, incorporating your needs and wishes.
Recommendations for treatment are explained at a consultation time set-aside specifically for you. The consultation is normally scheduled as a separate appointment, to allow time to formulate a comprehensive plan for your dental health, including phases of treatment and alternatives. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best possible information concerning your treatment options. Your time investment in this process ensures that you are aware of all options that will allow you to achieve the “Smile of Your Dreams.”
Our Legacy of Excellence
Dr. Richard Reddy retired from our practice on August 29th, 2019. Dr. Reddy founded Fleetwood Dental 43 years ago with the idea that good dentistry isn’t good enough. He wanted to deliver exceptional dental care to his patients and the Fleetwood community.
After 43 years of dedication to our patients, the practice, and the Fleetwood community, Dr. Reddy has moved on to the next phase of his life. As Dr. Reddy’s favorite quote states, “If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.” We are fortunate enough to stand on Dr. Reddy’s shoulders, continuing his legacy of excellent dental care for years to come.
